In prehistoric times, people stacked rocks in formations known as cairns to mark paths or just for ceremonial purposes.
We’re not sure what the meaning is behind this particular bit of art in a yard on 44th Avenue, but it’s definitely man-made. Google street view pictures from a few years ago don’t show any of the rocks in that space.
