Busboys and Poets in Hyattsville is hosting a discussion about the local gay community.

The free event is part of “Conversations in the Corridor,” a monthly meet-up between activists and community members to talk about life in the Gateway Arts District — Mount Rainier, Brentwood, North Brentwood and Hyattsville.

It will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. on Sunday, June 10, in the Howard Zinn Room at Busboys and Poets.
