Arts District Apartments Now Online

The new apartments in the Arts District are being marketed online.

The Bozzuto Group, a privately held real estate services company, has created a website marketing Palette at Arts District, a new apartment complex along Route 1.

The site says the complex will include live/work units, a “resort-style pool,” a fitness center and a rooftop deck with a fireplace and pool table.

Illustrations on the site show a familiar look with corrugated metal, different colored brick and small balconies. The color scheme features mustard yellows, brick reds and muted grays and browns.

No prices are listed yet, but the 10-foot ceilings, granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances give you a sense the price range is at the upper end of the market.

I think the apartments look fantastic. The vibrant colors will certainly give this part of Hyattsville a distinct look and feel. let’s hope that more non-chain businesses can flourish along this part of Rt. 1. Hyattsville could someday be known as the Greenwich Village of Maryland. One can only hope! Keep moving in the right direction Hyattsville!
