Firehouse Lofts Going, Going, Sold!

The Hyattsville Wire caught up with Weichert listing agent Christine McGuinness over the weekend for a tour of the new Firehouse Lofts in the renovated historic 1912 firehouse at 4334 Farragut St. in downtown Hyattsville. Two of the eight available units have already sold, including one commercial space which will be occupied by a law firm. There are pending contracts on several others. The transformation is amazing and the lofts are stylish, bright, and airy.

Among the current listings is a one bed, 2 bath, 1,644 sq. ft. loft for $479k.
