Another sign of the development along Route 1 is that the on-site pool for homeowners in the Arts District recently broke ground.
The pool will be located on the eastern side of the development at the end of Longfellow Street, just north of the Shoppes at Arts District Hyattsville and next to the new playground.
Though the pool won’t be open to the public, it is a sign of the positive changes happening in downtown Hyattsville.
