Downtown Park Spruces Up

A downtown Hyattsville park just got a little nicer.

The Robert J. King Memorial Park in the Historic District now boasts a new black fence along the south side of the park. This is another positive sign of change in the downtown area.

The park already included an expansive grassy area, covered picnic tables, flowered gardens, a box to dispense doggie bags, and a colorful toddler playground. It’s also home to one of Hyattsville’s Little Free Libraries.

The new iron fence helped make this nice park a little nicer.
