The Palette at Arts District apartments are roughly 75 percent leased, though we managed to find one unit that was still vacant on the fourth floor, looking west from Palette’s largest apartment building, to catch this view.
Amenities at Palette include a medium-sized pool, a rooftop deck with outdoor grilling, pool table and flat screen TV, a parking garage, a club room, a DIY pet spa, and we hear they have an art studio.
