It’s a winter wonderland along the Route 1 corridor and surrounding areas and we want to see your best photo of the snow where you are.

Share a photo of a snowy landscape from Woodridge, D.C., to Laurel on Instagram and you could win a $25 gift card.

To enter, simply go to Instagram, follow the Hyattsville Wire on Instagram @hyattsvillewire, upload a photo by 11:59 p.m. ET on Saturday, 3/24, add a one-sentence description with where the photo was taken and include @hyattsvillewire and the hashtag #rt1corridorsnow in your description. Contestants are invited to enter as many photos as they want.

We’ll announce two winners on Sunday, 3/25, to receive a $25 gift card to Potomac Pizza or $25 gift card to Bagels ‘n Grinds. Both are located on the ground floor of the new Hotel at the University of Maryland in College Park.

Winners will be judged on the quality of the photograph and its composition and how well it captures the winter landscape.
