Amid one of our busiest news years ever, we have to admit we’ve fallen a little behind on this year’s best of Best of Route 1.
And if we need a little more time, then you should get some too.
That’s why the Hyattsville Wire is extending voting for one more week on our third annual reader poll.
You have until 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 3, to tell us the best places to eat, play and unwind along the Route 1 corridor. (Here are the 2017 and 2018 winners, if you’re curious.)
Picks must be in Route 1 communities: Woodridge, D.C., Mount Rainier, Brentwood, North Brentwood, Bladensburg, Edmonston, Hyattsville, University Park, Riverdale Park, College Park, Berwyn Heights, Calvert Hills, Laurel, Greenbelt or Beltsville.

Winners will be announced on Friday, Nov. 8 on the Hyattsville Wire and two entrants will be randomly chosen to win a $25 gift card to a Route 1 business.
