A Special Thanks to All the Workers and Volunteers Keeping the Polls Running on the Corridor

A special thanks to all the volunteers and workers keeping the polls running along the Route 1 Corridor!

If you still haven’t voted, be sure to get out and cast your vote today. Lines at The Pavillon at University of Maryland’s Xfinity Center at 8500 Paint Branch Dr. in College Park are minimal, at least as of noon today.

Polls close at 8 p.m. in Maryland. If you are in line when they do, you can still vote, but do not leave the line.

And don’t forget, you can also vote at Bladensburg High School at 4200 57th Ave., Eleanor Roosevelt High School at 7601 Hanover Parkway in Greenbelt or Northwestern High School at 7000 Adelphi Road in Hyattsville. Note: Lines were long at Northwestern around noon today.

As long as you got in line before polls closed, you will be allowed to vote.

Near and along the corridor in D.C., voting centers are at Turkey Thicket Recreation Center at 1100 Michigan Ave. NE and at Union Market at 1309 Fifth St. NE. D.C. polls will be open through 8 p.m. tonight.

And as long as you are in line before the polls close, you can still vote.
