Riverfront at West Hyattsville Townhomes Are Now For Sale

Riverfront at West Hyattsville by Stanley Martin Homes is moving ahead, with townhomes now for sale.

After a groundbreaking in 2017, progress was slow on the mixed-use development, but the exteriors of some of the first phase of townhomes can now be seen on site.

Two designs are currently for sale. The Kelly, with two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, is priced from $438,990, while The Wagner, with three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, is priced from $528,990.

The four-story townhomes have a similar floorplan to other developments in Hyattsville such as the Arts District Hyattsville, Riverdale Park Station and Editors Park, with a garage, expansive second-floor living and dining area, third-floor bedrooms and an optional loft and rooftop terrace on the fourth floor.

The homes are all a short walk from the West Hyattsville Metro station.

A joint project of Gilbane Development Co. and the Hogan Companies, owned by Gov. Larry Hogan, Riverfront is expected to feature 183 townhomes, 300 to 400 apartments, 10,000 square feet of retail and a 4.5 acre recreation area.
