The upcoming food hall at the Station at Riverdale Park has named three of the planned nine tenants for its opening, now slated for this summer.
Located at 4501 Woodberry St., across from MOD Pizza, Le Fantome food hall will feature stalls serving sushi, Korean food and spicy chicken:
Horu Sushi: Chef Steve Liang will open the third outpost of a popular sushi eatery he already runs in food halls in Plano, Texas, and Nashville. The menu includes elaborate creations like a hurricane shrimp roll, vegetarian rolls, a poke bowl and tuna tostadas.
Mökbar: Restaurateur Esther Choi will open an outpost of a casual Korean eatery with three locations in New York City. The menu includes Korean favorites like bulgogi and tteokbokki, three types of house kimchi and fusion dishes like disco fries.
Sonny & Sons: “Top Chef: DC” winner and “Master Chef” judge Kevin Sbraga will open another outpost of a hot chicken sandwich eatery named for his father that he previously ran in Indiana.
Named after the French word for “ghost,” the food hall and ghost kitchen facility will feature 8,500 square feet with a total of nine food vendors.
The much-anticipated food hall is the third along the Route 1 corridor, after miXt Food Hall in Brentwood and The Hall CP in College Park.
