Denizens Brewing Co. will partner with two restaurants on a new menu.
Starting on Tuesday, May 10, the taproom and brewery in the Station at Riverdale Park will feature food developed by Chef Edward Reavis of the seafood-oriented All Set and Money Muscle BBQ restaurants.
The new menu will include some Denizens-inspired items such as beer-battered onion rings, fish filets and chicken tenders; a Bavarian pretzel with beer mustard; and beer-glazed doughnuts.
Other new entrees include smoked mushrooms, Maine lobster and Carolina pulled pork, as well as All Set’s gooey chocolate chip cookies.
A few menu items that won’t be returning include the Cobb salad, an Earth burger made with a quinoa and vegetable patty, chicken wings, the blackened chicken sandwich, Rockfish tacos and New York cheesecake.
Denizens co-founder Emily Bruno said the decision was based on the changing industry during the pandemic, which led Denizens to launch a ghost restaurant and start a Beermobile, among other things.
Starting on Tuesday, May 17, Denizens’ will also roll out its new menu at its Silver Spring location.
