The Mall at Prince Georges, which is undergoing its biggest renovation in six decades, has updated its schedule of upcoming openings, including adding Express to its lineup.
As part of a $30 million renovation, the Hyattsville mall has already added some earthy new exteriors and a brighter interior to give it a more modern look and feel.
Some 73 percent of the mall’s existing interior non-anchor space will feature new storefronts, including new retail and dining options, many of which are scheduled to open in the next few months.

- Designer Shoe Warehouse: April 2018
- Ulta Beauty: April 2018
- Grand Jewels: April 2018
- Express: May 2018
- The Children’s Place: May 2018
- Olive Ole: June 2018
- Five Below: September 2018 (Under construction next to T.J. Maxx.)
The food court at the Mall at Prince Georges is the highest performing in all of the 21 PREIT properties making any dining or other food establishment a welcome addition.
