The developers of a $30 million mixed-use development at 3200 Rhode Island Ave. in Mount Rainier now say it will open in the spring of 2023 with 97 luxury condominiums, one- and two-bedroom high-end apartments and ground-floor retail. Amenities include a pool, two-floors of underground parking and bike storage. Continue reading
