Franklins will open its new outdoor Tiki Bar today, Wednesday August 26, at 4 p.m. The Hyattsville mainstay will serve drinks and food in to-go containers on a first-come, first-served basis at its new “Quarantiki Room” in the parking lot underneath the bridge. Continue reading
