Free Black History Month Poster Designed by College Park Artist
Curlee R. Holton, executive director of the David C. Driskell Center at the University of Maryland and a printmaker and painter and whose work has been professionally exhibited for more than 25 years, was chosen to design the poster for the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission’s arts department.
