Brentwood Seeks Artist to Paint Mural on Town Hall Building

The town of Brentwood is looking for an artist to paint a large mural.

The new mural would be painted on the side of the community center at 3712 Utah Ave., which was previously the home of the town’s volunteer fire department.

Built in 1960, the brick building has a 147-square-foot wall where the mural would go.

The town is asking for muralists to submit a proposal that “represents the close-knit and diverse Brentwood community” and would be no larger than 21-feet-by-7-feet large.

Artists are asked to send a portfolio and a design concept by Sept. 22 to info@brentwoodmd.gov.
