New High-End Medical Spa Opens in Hyattsville’s Arts District

A new high-end medical spa opened earlier this month in Hyattsville’s Arts District.

Located at 5309 Baltimore Ave., next to Yes! Organic Market, Saxira offers a range of services, including facials, chemical peels, microneedling, and Botox.

It also offers wellness treatments, including IV therapy, vitamin injections, and hormone rejuvenation, which aims to use hormone replacements to address issues caused by aging and stress, as well as laser hair removal and oral and implant surgery.

The spa was founded by Dr. Henrietta Bright, who has a doctorate in nurse anesthesia practice, and Dr. Phillip McIver, who specializes in oral and maxillofacial surgery.

Saxira is also reaching out to male customers with a “Men’s Lounge” of services, including facials, dermal fillers, and hormone treatments.

The spa is offering grand opening specials through Dec. 25.
