A new apartment building within walking distance of the West Hyattsville Metro station is now accepting tenants.
Gilbane Development Co. is planning a five-story building around the West Hyattsville Metro Station with first-floor retail space and a parking garage that would open in the fall of 2024.
Residents of the Route 1 corridor have been invited to help paint a new mural on an underpass at the West Hyattsville Metro Stations.

The Riverfront at West Hyattsville mixed-used development is moving ahead, with the first phase of townhomes now on sale and their exteriors visible on site.
